This is a form of preventive medicine consisting of physical and diagnostic evaluations guided not by what has been deemed cost effective in any given population, instead it is driven by an individual's unique risks and balanced by available resources to effectively detect preventable illnesses. The reason this evaluation retains the name "Executive" lies in the historical background.
For the most part, it's been offered to corporate executives and wealthy individuals for whom cost is not an issue. As a result, a test that may not be cost effective for the society at large in detecting preventable illnesses is still offered upon request or on corporate demand.

We advise the following VIP check-up for male:

• Full Physical with Rectal and Prostate exam
• Chest X-rays
• EKG
• Blood oxygenation test
• Comprehensive Laboratory tests panel including: complete blood count, liver function test, kidney function test, complete cholesterol and lipid profile, stool for occult blood testing
• PSA level (for ages 40 and older)
• Exercise Stress testing (for ages 40 and older)
• Flexible sigmoidoscopy or Barium enema(for ages 40 and older)
• Eye examination (for ages 40 and older)
• Thyroid test (for ages 50 and older)
• Hearing test (for ages 50 and older)

• Comprehensive Laboratory test panel including: complete blood count, liver function test, kidney function test, complete cholesterol and lipid profile, stool for occult blood testing
• Chest X-rays

• Lung function test
• Blood oxygenation test
• Mammogram (for ages 40 and older)
• Eye examination (for ages 40 and older)
• Flexible sigmoidoscopy or Barium enema(for age 40 and older)
• Thyroid test (for ages 50 and older)
• Hearing test(for ages 50 and older)
• Exercise stress testing (for ages 50 and older)

Golden Package also includes:

• Prostate US for males over 45 years
• Pelvic/Ovarian Ultrasound for Females over 45 years
• DXA Bone Density Test for female over 45 and males over 55 years
• ECHO cardiogram for all patients over 50 years

Once you are done with all the diagnostic testing, you will be scheduled for another appointment with us. The purpose of the second visit is to review all the diagnostic tests with you and recommend appropriate therapeutic interventions, individualized nutritional supplement program and life style modifications that may prevent medical catastrophes. In certain cases, Patient may be advised to have additional tests. Copies of your medical records will be made available to you for your health records. We expect "Executive Physical" to be done every two years. In some individuals, it may be more or less frequent depending on the circumstances.
